The Rich Tech mindset

The work starts with you.

Wealth begins with the skills, habits, and character you bring to the work. These themes run through both editions.

01 / STAY CURIOUS

Understand why
it works.

Look beyond replacing a part. Ask questions, learn how the pieces fit together, and develop the judgment to solve the next problem.

02 / FIND YOUR MENTORS

Borrow someone
else’s experience.

Learn from people who have already walked the path. Pay attention to their character as well as their accomplishments.

03 / TAKE OWNERSHIP

Build a reputation
people trust.

Follow through, keep learning, and finish what you start. The way you handle the work becomes part of the value you bring.

“True wealth is having a valuable skill, creating opportunities for yourself and others, and building something you can be proud of.”LONNY SNOWDEN · A NOTE FROM THE AUTHOR

Lonny Snowden

Technician · Business Owner · Educator · Mentor

Lonny’s journey began with curiosity in Boulder City, Nevada. A broken Volkswagen taught him to troubleshoot. HVAC gave him a career. Mentors helped him see what could come next.

After decades in the trades and building businesses, he brought those lessons into education through Quality Training Centers in Las Vegas. His books pass that experience forward to people building a future of their own.

For Lonny, the work has always been about people: the family a skill can support, the confidence a student can gain, and the knowledge one generation can leave for the next.
